PA Educator & PD
After graduating from Butler University, I practiced as a PA in emergency medicine and orthopedics before starting the first PA-owned company in Indiana with my husband (also a PA). We, along with PAs who contracted with us, provided surgical assistance to surgeons who did not employ a PA. After a number of years, I transitioned to academia, my dream job. I've been back at the Butler PA program for almost nine years. During that time, I have taught many courses and labs, become the program director, and worked alongside the best people (colleagues and students). My husband and I are the proud parents of four amazing people ages 16-21. My hobbies include cooking, reading, being outside with my family, and snuggling our English bulldog.
