Prior to my PA career, I obtained a degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from Indiana University and gained experience in both research and clinical laboratories. After completing my MSPAS degree, I worked in long term care, urgent care, and then home based primary care. I recognized my passion for teaching while I was an academic mentor during my time in undergraduate studies. This led to my eventual transition to PA education in 2018. I started as an assistant professor at Franklin College and then transitioned to the program director role in 2021.
